Entitle Workshop on Political Ecology: theory, research and activism in Lisbon, 25.03.2015

The Oficina de Ecologia e Sociedade in CES is organizing an open event to present their activities and research outcomes. The workshop includes an exhibition, a lecture and a film screening:

Presentation of the main activities and research lines of the group in Coimbra: the ENTITLE project, EJOLT project on Environmental Justice; and Portugal: ambiente em movimento.

Prof. Joan Martínez Alier, from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, will give a lecture on Environmental Justice and present the Global Atlas on Environmental Justice.

Screen of Toxic Amazon, the documentary co-directed by Felipe Milanez that denounces the murder of the activist Zé Claudio Ribeiro da Silva in Brazil.
