This course provides an overview of the research process and develops and understanding and appreciation of the interrelationships in the sequence of steps involved in conducting business research. It aims to create an awareness of how research can guide managers in solving managerial problems and taking better decisions at their organizations. Furthermore, course aims to explain how various functions under marketing intelligence are linked to each other and to teach how data and information is analyzed and transformed for use in strategic decision making.
